1. OWNERSHIP
WagerWorks (Alderney) 2 Limited is a Private Limited Company (collectively referred to as "WagerWorks (Alderney)", "We", "Us", "Our") with offices at York House, Victoria Street, Alderney. WagerWorks (Alderney) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of WagerWorks, Inc. This site provides online gaming under an Online Gambling Licence issued by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission ("AGCC") to WagerWorks Alderney.
WagerWorks (Alderney) 2 Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of WagerWorks(Alderney) Limited, agreed to become responsible for the casino formerly run by WagerWorks (Alderney) Limited. As such, all personal data and customer funds were transferred to and are now controlled by WagerWorks (Alderney) 2 Limited. WagerWorks (Alderney) 2 Limited holds an interactive gaming licence issued by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission. Other than the transfer of the players' data and customer funds to WagerWorks (Alderney) 2 Limited, there is no difference in the way the site will be run or regulated.
2. UPDATES
We reserve the right, from time to time, and at Our sole discretion, to change or update certain provisions of these Terms and Conditions accordingly. All changes will be published here on Our web site. Upon publication, each change will become effective and you will be deemed to be aware of and bound by any changes on Our site. It is your responsibility to read and understand these Terms and Conditions. Your action of logging on to Our site shall constitute acceptance by you of Our then current Terms and Conditions.
3. REGISTER
By accepting the Terms and Conditions and entering this site, you represent to Us that you are at least eighteen (18) years old. We reserve the right to request additional information to validate your age. We further reserve the right to void and return any stakes placed by minors and to prohibit your play until your age is verified.
If you are located in the United States (US), it is illegal for you to register or play the Games on this site. Should We discover that you are located in the US, We reserve the right to immediately suspend your account.

Any monies due or requested shall be withheld until the requested information has been provided to Our satisfaction.
By accepting the Terms and Conditions and entering this site, you are registering with WagerWorks Alderney 2 LTD and may only hold one account on any affiliated site licensed by this company. Anywhere that you see the 'Cashcade' AND 'WagerWorks Alderney 2 Limited' name at the bottom of the webpage will be the same site and you are only permitted to hold one account on any of these sites.
By seeking to register with Us or by playing any of the Games you represent and warrant to Us that you will comply at all times with the requirements of this section. You further represent and warrant to Us that all information provided to Us by you, either upon registration, subsequently or in connection with your account is complete, accurate and not misleading and you further agree to inform Us immediately if there is any change to such information. Your registration will not be accepted unless you provide Us with the accurate information requested of you.
If you are in breach of this section you will not be entitled to collect any winnings and your account shall be closed or suspended. We reserve the right at any time, and at Our sole discretion, to suspend or close your account and refund any balance of your account without further explanation.
ANY PERSON WHO WILLFULLY OR KNOWINGLY BREACHES SECTION 3 IS COMMITING FRAUD AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL AND CIVIL PROSECUTION.
WagerWorks Alderney reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement and other authorities, including the AGCC, in investigating claims of illegal activity on this site.
4. ACCOUNT
You are allowed to hold only one account using only one of your credit or debit card numbers at any time on this site. Multiple accounts are prohibited. In order to place any wagers on any of the Games, you must open an account and have adequate funds deposited prior to play. The minimum account deposit is £5, $5 or 5 Euro and must be made by using a debit card or credit card. Only wagers placed from your account set up through this site will be accepted for the Games and any winnings you make on the Games will be credited to your account. You may facilitate all deposits and withdrawals by accessing the My Account page.
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager(s) at Our sole discretion for any reason whatsoever. In circumstances where a stake is deemed to be or is declared void by Us at our discretion, any sum deducted from your account with respect to that stake or wager shall be credited to your account. Should We determine to waive a rule in the interest of fair play to you, it shall only be for that instant and shall not set a precedent for the future.
All winnings shall be credited to your account. All funds must be withdrawn based upon the withdrawal procedures. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, you can make withdrawals from your account up to your current available balance by debit card or cheque (after taking into account all previous wagers). There are minimum and maximum limits on the amounts that you can withdraw from your account. Service charges are payable for withdrawals as set out below and will be deducted from your account at the time of withdrawal. In order to make a withdrawal from your account in excess of £5,000, $5,000 or 5,000 Euro you will be required to contact our Customer Services Team. In addition, we reserve the right to request further information prior to any withdrawals.
Please note as follows-
Withdrawal by Debit/Credit Cards (Except Non-UK Issued Mastercards and Visa Cards issued within the 'America's'): each withdrawal must be at least £10 or currency equivalent (save in the case of a final withdrawal to close an account) and must be no greater than £5000, $5000 or 5,000 Euro in one transaction. If you are withdrawing £3,000, $3000, 3,000 Euro or more over a 90 day rolling period, we will ask you to provide us with paper copies of your Passport / Driving Licence, Government ID, or Photo Identity Card. We may also request a recent Bank / Credit Card Statement verifying your registered home address. Withdrawals may only be made to the card you have registered to your account and deposited funds with.
Withdrawals by Non UK Mastercards and Visa Cards issued with the 'Americas' will be paid by cheque: each withdrawal must be at least £5 or currency equivalent (save in the case of a final withdrawal to close an account) If you are withdrawing £3,000, $3000 or 3,000 Euro or more in a 90 day rolling period by cheque we will ask you to provide us with paper copies of your Passport / Driving Licence, Government ID, or Photo Identity Card. We may also request a recent Bank/Credit Card Statement verifying your registered home address. The cheque will be payable to you and not a third party and will be sent to you at the address registered with us. A service charge of £2, $3, 3 Euro will be deducted from your account for each cheque withdrawal.
Where a cheque is issued but has not been presented /cashed within 6 months of the issue date, we will automatically cancel the payment and return the funds to your account. A charge of £10 or currency equivalent will be debited from the rebate and we will attempt to contact you at your registered email address.
Due to Solo and Visa Electron cards being made available to individuals under 18 years of age all players that wish to use these cards will need to provide proof of age within 24 hours of registering their card on their account. Users that are not able to provide proof of age within 24 hours will have their account placed on hold and further transactions will not be taken until their age has been verified. This is to comply with new legislation being introduced to prevent under age gambling in the UK.
In the event of a promotional campaign or competition, for which We credit an amount to your account, you are entitled to the use of such amount only for the sole purpose of wagers for playing the Games. You are not entitled to withdraw such amounts, unless stated otherwise in the terms of the promotional campaign or competition. We reserve the right to reclaim those amounts if you do not use them to play the Games during the period specified in the promotion.
Your account is personal to you. You shall not allow others to use your account or to accept any prize or participate in any of the Games. Any person found to have violated this section will not be entitled to collect any winnings.
All applicable taxes and fees in connection with any winnings awarded to you and any other payments to you are your sole responsibility. Winnings cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for any other consideration.
On random occasions and at our sole discretion We will perform security checks and maintain records of transactions and wagers. You accept that We may demand additional information in the event of a security check and that We may suspend and/or terminate your account, registration or withhold your payment until We receive the appropriate information that We have requested.
Any inactive account where a customer balance is preserved will be reviewed regularly and we will attempt to notify you, via email, at your registered email address of any remaining funds held in said account. Should an account remain inactive (no login, gameplay or transactions) for a period of 24 months or greater we will remove the entire balance and dispose of the funds as necessary to comply with our regulatory requirements.
It is your sole responsibility to inform Us of any changes to your personal details, including your address, your debit or credit card number, your expiry date, or issue number of your card that may impact upon the use of your account. Failure to inform Us of your changes may result in transactions being declined by your bank, building society or credit card company. We do not accept any liability or responsibility for transactions that are declined as a result of your failure to provide Us with correct details. Please contact Customer Service and provide Us with your new details. It is your responsibility to protect your debit and/or credit cards for loss or theft, please contact Us immediately should your card be lost or stolen.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make changes to the payout rates applying to this site's Games. The payout rate of each Game can be viewed by clicking on the paytable link on the right hand side of the Game navigation bar within each Game. It is your responsibility to note the payout rate applying to each Game in each session prior to placing a stake or wager.
By accepting any prize and/or winnings from the Company, you consent to the use of your name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
Charges, claims and proceedings, both civil and criminal may be brought against you and any other person(s) in connection with you who has manipulated, tried to manipulate, tampered with Our service, Games, any of the customer accounts, laundered money, or attempted to launder money on this site. We reserve the right to pass on any information that We deem relevant, at Our sole discretion, to the appropriate authorities, including the AGCC, if We become aware of or suspect that you are involved in any such activities. We are not obligated to provide you with notice of our intent nor shall We give you reasons for Our doing so. You agree to waive any and all rights you may have, at law or otherwise, of whatever nature and in whatever jurisdiction, in connection with such disclosure. In addition, We reserve the right to hold any funds We suspect to be in connection with a financial crime, money laundering or related activity. We shall be under no obligation to provide you with a reason for doing so.
5. CUSTOMER SERVICE
You may contact Us at any time should you have questions or need assistance Contact Us. To provide better service and for your protection, telephone conversations may be recorded and/or monitored by designated staff. You must contact Customer Service if your personal information or credit details have changed. In addition, if you forget your password or suspect that someone else has learned and used your password please contact Customer Service immediately. It is your responsibility to keep your password private and secure.
6. EXCLUSION ORDERS
At any time, you may instruct Us to exclude you from participation in the games and close your account. Once your request is processed, your account shall be blocked, no stakes shall be accepted, and your account shall be closed with any outstanding funds credited back to you. Any account that is blocked through use of this Self Exclusion process cannot be revoked unless you contact Us and request a change in your account status. In addition, you may self-regulate your limits by accessing the User Protection link when logged into the Site. Using this facility you can lower and increase your limits at any time. Any increase will take 7 days to take affect and may not exceed the house limits and is subject always to Our consent.
We reserve the right to exclude a player from Our site at any time.
7. GAMES
It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each Game. You acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules of each of the Games as published and periodically changed on Our site. Such rules that are referenced herein are incorporated hereto, from part of these Terms and Conditions. Wagers on the Games may only be placed through your personal account on this site. We shall not accept wagers in any other form or by any other means.
You fully accept and agree that the random number generator software will determine all outcomes of the Games.
You acknowledge and agree that you shall not interfere, interrupt, attempt to interrupt, or attempt to manipulate the operations of this site or the normal play of any of the Games. Failure to comply with the preceding may lead to your exclusion from the site and to criminal and civil investigations.
We reserve the right to refuse the whole or any part of a wager at Our sole discretion. We reserve the right to set the maximum and minimum stake amounts and these will be updated in the rules accessible on the site.

1. These terms and conditions apply when you play a Game offered on or through the Website in addition to the Game Rules. You can access each Game's Game Rules by clicking on 'Game Rules' once a Game has loaded.
2. For the purposes of these terms and conditions:
2.1. "Game Rules" means the rules applicable to each Game (which you can see by clicking on "Game Rules" once a game has loaded);
2.2. "MegaJackpots®" means the highest available payoff in a MegaJackpots® Game;
2.3. "MegaJackpots® Game" means any one or more of the following: MegaJackpots® Cluedo with Free Spin Mystery Bonus™ and MegaJackpots® Monopoly with Pass "GO" Bonus™;
2.4. "Playing a Game" includes attempting to play a Game
2.5. "re-seed amount" means the highest available payoff immediately following a MegaJackpots® win;
3. MegaJackpots® is a trademark or registered trademark of IGT in the U.S. and/or elsewhere and is used by WagerWorks, with permission.
4. You may not play any MegaJackpots® Game if you or a member of your household are or have ever been an employee of International Game Technology of 9295 Prototype Drive Reno, NV 89521 United States ("IGAM"), IGT or any of IGAM's or IGT's subsidiaries or associated companies. For the purposes of this clause "employee" includes third party contractors such as licensors, software suppliers, developers or partners and all those persons in any way affiliated with IGAM, IGT or any of IGAM's or IGT's subsidiaries or associated companies.
5. Wagers are only valid if accepted by WagerWorks' server. Until acceptance of the wager by WagerWorks' server all information displayed relating to a Game constitutes an invitation to play only.
6. You agree that WagerWorks' records shall be the final authority in determining the validity and terms of any wagers you place and the circumstances in which they were made.
7. In the event that you win MegaJackpots®: you will be required to supply proof of your identity, residence and age to WagerWorks.
8. When you play a MegaJackpots® Game you authorise WagerWorks, in the event that you win MegaJackpots®, to publicise your name, town, county, state and/or country of residence together with the fact that you have won MegaJackpots®.
9. Verification of a win in a MegaJackpots® Game can take up to 72 business hours. If you win MegaJackpots® you only become entitled to the prize money once your win has been verified. Where a win is not verified to Wagerworks' satisfaction that win can be annulled by WagerWorks.
10. If you win MegaJackpots® you will be informed in writing when your win has been verified.
11. In case of a MegaJackpots® win WagerWorks will, provided all these terms and conditions and all the Website's terms and conditions have been observed, pay or procure the payment of the prize money to you.
12. If you win MegaJackpots® the prize money shall be paid to you in 20 equal annual instalments. For the avoidance of doubt, no interest will accrue in your favour on any unpaid balance. In lieu of the annual payments, a MegaJackpots winner will be offered the option of selecting a reduced lump sum amount based on the present value of the future payments.
13. Following a MegaJackpots® win WagerWorks shall be entitled to establish the re-seed amount at its absolute discretion.
14. Should either WagerWorks or the Website Provider decide to discontinue the provision of a MegaJackpots® Game, or should a MegaJackpots® Game become unavailable due to Force Majeure, any prize money related to that Game's MegaJackpots® shall be appropriated by WagerWorks.
15. WagerWorks may increase or decrease a MegaJackpots® prize money at any time at its absolute discretion.
16. If two players simultaneously win MegaJackpots®, WagerWorks' systems server shall determine who of the two is to receive the prize money. The other person shall be entitled to the MegaJackpots® re-seed amount.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You acknowledge and agree that the information found on this site is either Ours or a third party's trademark, service marks, copyright, trade secret, patent information or proprietary rights (collectively "Intellectual Property").
